We combine individual as well as group activities. We encourage discovery, independent thinking and as many hands on experiences as possible. At this stage of development, it is essential that the children have a variety of concrete experiences to make learning more meaningful and effective.

• Membership is limited to 24 participating children.
• Parents assist in the classroom a minimum of two days per month and a maximum of three.
• Parents attend a monthly school meeting.
• Parents assist in all fund-raising activities.
• Class in held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
• Parents provided a healthy snack three to four times a year.
• We follow the El Segundo Unified District calendar.
• Our class space is generously donated by the El Segundo Parks & Recreation
